She is the founder and CEO of PACEUP Invest in Germany, France, and Nigeria; a Fintech startup whose mission
is to empower women and underrepresented communities financially and help with wealth-building irrespective
of their income towards attaining a responsible and sustainable future for themselves and their generation.
She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry:
Investment Banking, Investment Management, and Capital Markets in Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, Reuters, and BMCE International London.
She was the former VP Capital Markets and Treasury at BMCE Bank International London covering EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
She is a transcultural communicator and leader having worked on internantional assignments throughout her successful career.
Rukayyat is currently on the board of Kassavex, a social impact agricultural company in Nigeria; Founding committee board member of 100 Women
in Finance Germany; Chair of Mid-Career Bridge 100 Women in Finance, Germany; and a mentor at &ahead, Germany.
Rukayyat earned an MSc in Finance and Investment Management with a Distinction.
In 2020, she earned a double Diploma in Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School, Germany, and ESSEC Business School, France.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
She was recognised by Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) as one of the 40 under 40 Black Women in Asset Management who have demonstrated
leadership and strong achievements in their professional careers.
She loves playing golf, travelling, reading, and travelling.
Aisha has recently resigned from Barclays UK as Digital Engagement Manager where she supported businesses.

with use of Digital media.
Prior to that she was a Relationship Director responsible for a portfolio of medium/large technology clients.
She has worked in Nigeria, South africa, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and the UK across Business Banking,
Marketing and Investment management.
She is currently the co-owner of The Hustle Table. The Hustle Table is an educational platform and YouTube
series which teaches young people and businesses the importance of managing their finances.
Aisha also played semi-professional basketball for over 10 years but after an injury, began coaching basketball for young children and is also a
qualified nutritionist in her spare time. She has also recently launched a small nutrition business in Nigeria and was mentioned in The Telegraph
for her merits. Aisha is also a Loughborough University Board member and in 2021 she received an award from Yahoo Finance, recognised as a Future Leader
of the HERoes Women Role Model Lists 2021 supported by Yahoo Finance.
